Shipping policy
Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment partner, MAI Fulfillment, located in Elgin, Illinois. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Options
We ship to the 50 United States only. The following shipping rates apply at checkout:
Standard Shipping (Lower 48 States Only)
- $7.5 flat rate
- Free standard shipping on orders of $200+
Standard Shipping (Non-Lower 48 States)
- $16.50 flat rate
Delivery Times
All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. NOX USA is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events outside our control. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, NOX USA is not liable for delays in transit.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. NOX USA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@4040d.com — we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is reported as lost by the carrier, please contact us at info@4040d.com within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Once orders have been marked as delivered by the carrier, NOX USA's responsibility for that shipment is fulfilled. We are not liable for packages that are confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout but reported as missing or stolen.
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking surrounding areas such as a front porch, back door, garage, or with a neighbor
- Checking with your building manager or leasing office, if applicable
- Waiting 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered prematurely
If your package is still missing after the above steps, you must file a claim directly with the carrier if using USPS using your tracking number or we will do it on your behalf if the package was sent via FedEx or UPS. We are happy to provide your tracking information and any shipment documentation needed to support your claim.
For claims involving suspected theft, we recommend filing a report with your local police department, which may also be required by the carrier to process your claim.
