Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your NOX purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

To initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

Exchanges

Need a different size or received the wrong item? You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

To request an exchange:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal
  2. Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout
  3. Select the item and the size or variant you'd like — a prepaid shipping label will be automatically generated for you

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship out your replacement.

Limited Warranty

Coverage

All NOX products carry a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. However, if the defect occurs after the third month and before the end of the second year, the customer must prove that it is also a manufacturing defect. 

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (i.e., minor scratches or paint chips), misuse, accidents, improper care, unauthorized modifications, burns & abrasions, or prolonged exposure to inclement weather. Nor does the warranty cover products purchased "used", "as-is" or "without warranty" from unauthorized sellers.

What you will need

The following documentation is required for all warranty claims:

  • A clear photo of the product defect or damage
  • A photo of the product barcode
  • A copy of your original purchase receipt or order confirmation, including purchase date and name or email

Incomplete submissions will not be processed.

Claim Process

Once a complete claim is received at info@4040d.com, our team will review it within 5 business days. Our team may request that you send your product to 4040 Distributors for further evaluation of your claim. If the claim is approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no charge. The warranty replacement will be the same product or closest available equivalent in the event of a stock shortage. Warranty replacements are not eligible for exchange or upgrade.

Authenticity

Every NOX product distributed through 4040 Distributors is 100% authentic, sourced directly from NOX Sport, and fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse. Products purchased through unauthorized sellers are not covered under this warranty.
